Telide is also good at customizing all types of machines like press machine, clamping and turn-over fixture.
Precision machining is the process of removing material from a workpiece by machining to produce precision parts with tight tolerances and high surface quality. The production process includes turning, milling, drilling, interpolating, honing, grinding and other processes. Depending on the particular needs, the machining process can be combined with heat treatment processes, i.e. carburizing, quenching, tempering, etc. Precision machining usually requires computer numerical control CNC programming to convert a specific design into an exact shape from multiple dimensions. Precision machined parts are typically supplied to OEMs and system integrators, with the finished parts being used in a wide range of end market segments
The main business is to undertake all kinds of steel hardware, alloy, beryllium copper, high-speed steel heat treatment, deep cold treatment (-196 ℃), gas nitriding, liquid nitriding, QPQ salt bath production line, high-frequency quenching, anti-corrosive blackening and carburization, surface hardening, stainless steel bright treatment, and vacuum welding processing.
