▍Applications
Hydrostatic water jacket cylinder test equipment HPU-1301V
It is newly developed testing equipment. The one piece type combines the high pressure fluid components, electrical components and a printer in the metal frame with removable pate around it. There is a drawer with a printer in it. And the two-piece type consists of a hydraulic testing cabinet and a computer cabinet. Users can select as preferred. In addition, there is a big and small water jacket, a anti-burst testing box. The equipment uses the air as the power supply, air driven pumps as the pressure source. The output hydraulic pressure is proportional to the driven air pressure. By adjusting driven air pressure, it can obtain the corresponding output gas/liquid pressure. When the driven air pressure equals to the outlet pressure, the pump shuts off at a set pressure. The output fluid pressure will be hold in a set pressure. The flow is controlled by controlling the gas input to regulate the pressure increasing rate. After the vessel is deformed, the remains deformation rate can be counted from the weight of water spilled from the jacket.
▍Main feature
1.Two kinds of control method: manual operation or program operation;
2.The increasing pressure rate is adjustable;
3.Testing time units can be second, minute, hour and day;
4.Pressure units can changes between 0 bar-bar-psi as required;
5.The min adjustable output fluid pressure is low and can be raised in multistage. The equipment itself calculates the deformation rate.
