▍Applications


Used for pressurizing and testing ultra-high pressure gas in scientific research and other industrial fields


▍Main feature


1.It is customized by our company according to user requirements, with multi-stage manual supercharging, automatic supercharging and other functions. Composed of power console, control console, ultra-high pressure vessel. Working pressure up to 6000 bar, reasonable and reliable;

2.Key components such as supercharging device, high pressure vessel (including Windows) are world-class products. Power console has aluminium alloy frame and painting door;

3.Control console has ultra-high pressure gas supercharging system software developed by our company. The software can achieve automatic multistage supercharging, hydrostatic test, data acquisition, real-time fault monitoring and alarm. It can record, display and print time pressure curve in real time. Sampling rates up to 1,000 points per second;

4.With safety monitoring functions such as emergency stop button, inlet pressure monitoring, pre-pressurization pressure monitoring, oil pressure monitoring, high pressure output pressure monitoring, overpressure protection.
