▍Applications
Gas metering unit for extrusion lines TPU-SW002
Used in cable high-end physical foaming production line.
▍Main feature
1.consists of a frame made of square aluminum sections with integrated high-pressure compressor.The frame is covered by plates. The rear wall is removable;
2.The compressor, which is coupled with the electric motor via a gearbax, is mounted on a base frame. The compressor is equipped with an oil pressure safely relief valve. The compressor compresses the gas to the adjusted or pre-set pressure;
3.The speed is regulated accordinh to the flow. When the storage pressure in the gas bottle drops below 20 bar, the compressor shuts down automatically.
