▍Applications
Gas and liquid comprehensive test bench with double console TPU-3100-DLU
1.Suitable for shell test, backseat test and seat tightness test of various common valves such as globe valves, control valves, ball valves, check valves, butterfly valves, as well as activated pressure test, seat tightness test, strength test of various safety valves.
2.It can also test strength or seat tightness of other pressure vessels such as flame arrester, pipeline connection. It is widely used for multiple requirements of valve benches in petrochemical, nuclear power industry and various special inspection institutes.
▍Main feature
1. Configured with two clamping bench which can work independently and improve work efficiency without mutual influence;
2. The upper beam can be rotated more than 90°to make the worktable completely open, so it is convenient for valve hoisting, clamping, and other operations;
3. The gas pressure of test is infinitely adjustable;
4. Oil cylinder hydraulic clamping, and clamping is designed with safety interlock function.
