▍Applications
Butterfly valve and universal valve hydrostatic test bench TB-28
Suitable for shell test and water pressure airtight test of butterfly valve, and also for shell test and seat tightness test of common industrial valve, such as shut-off valve, diaphragm valve, gate valve, ball valve, check valve, etc. Acc. to standard requirements of JB/T 9092, API598.
▍Main feature
1.Integrated with gas-water pressure supply system, intelligent computer system, water circulation test system and hydraulic clamping system;
2.Equipped with high pressure water pump, large flow low pressure water pump, and the test medium is reusable;
3 Automatic and manual mode for clamping;
4.Strong rigidity in mechanical structure. Clamping claw can rise and fall at the same time, make synchronous radial movement. Oil cylinder drive clamping claws directly to ensure each claw get uniform force, even if the valve flange surface is uneven. Clamping force can reach 200 tons, and test range can reach DN700;
5.Equipped with intelligent computer system, and management system software with valve test data to obtain real-time test pressure data.
